Summer Daze – full bodied – 5 fruits-blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and concord grape – no citrus, does mix well with others for Sangria wine-great in our Hot winter Wassail drink (with apple juice) OUT

Blue Moon Blueberry – very light-full of antioxidants – won both TX. Lonestar award and Indiana Competitions – lots of silver

Strawberry wine – very Bold flavor, strong, not your Boone’s Hill – great in our winearita mix! SOLD OUT

Peach Blackberry – semi-dry fairly light flavor, mix with Peach Bellini – ask to taste this one

Pear – very light, delicious white wine-great in Peach Bellini for cool drink, probably good with salads

Muscadine – purple grape-color from seed- will be woody – only grape that lowers cholesterol

Elmwood Blush – won Silver at TX. Lone star intl. competition, floral and woody

Honey Raspberry Bumble Bee Kiss – very sweet honey mead flavor-won Silver at Finger Lakes, NY international competition. (Beat a 100 year old French winery) This is a dessert wine but can pair it with cheesecake, or add raspberry sherbet to it!

Honey Pear wine – Very light, creamy taste, very smooth, also very sweet. May go well as dessert or with apple pie, or vanilla ice cream

Texas Country Roads Red – Semi-dry – Wild mustang grape – quite acidic. Has a bite at the end – Our driest wine. This wine goes great with Steak, Chili, and Italian.

Outlaw Red - Smooth delicious red. It’s made with wild mustang grapes and Cynthiana or Norton grapes. Our Outlaw Red is very much in demand. Its Won Silver medals several times!! Drink alone or with beef…it is great.

Jalapeno wine - Sweet Heat-Great for marinating or cooking with almost
anything! We have our customers who do like to sip it by itself! Macho! We use for marinating pork ribs, brisket, chicken, put it in meatloaf, sausage, pinto beans, coleslaw instead of vinegar-limited only by your imagination-great for gifts!

Summer T- Watermelon wine- Very Light bodied, best when very cold. Great
with pasta salad or cool summer salads, etc. Won a Silver in Indiana Intl.
competition first time we entered it.

Plum Rose – nice light delicious flavor- goes really well with a fruit tray and
cheese tray or pork or chicken. Mike does a wonderful recipe with this wine and
pork chops that he pan fries lightly, set aside pork chops, add onions and
mushroom and plum rose to a pan and softens them, then adds pork chops and
onion mix and a can of mushroom soup to a baking pan and cooks in the oven.
!t smells wonderful and is delicious. NEW batch coming out soon (Nov. 2012) will
be wonderful!!!

Midnight in Texas- a great tasting blend of wild mustang, but enough
blackberries and blueberries to take away that snap at the end. It has won a lot
of silver medals. It goes with most beef meals. it is a big hit and lots of people’s
favorite.
